Sandwell Volunteer Bureau is looking to recruit a dynamic individual to lead our Youth Volunteering Project. You will work closely with schools, colleges and other local /statutory agencies to seek out, place and monitor disaffected and marginalised young people aged 16-25 years into appropriate volunteering opportunities whilst delivering training and peer mentor opportunities to the same.
The post holder will need to have demonstrable experience of managing projects, delivering and producing management reports, undertaking finance control whilst also ensuring the project is effective and meets relevant regulatory, legislative and quality standards. It is expected that the post holder will undertake all monitoring for the project.
Funded by the National Lottery through the Big Lottery Fund for a fixed term of 3 years with a salary of £22.000 P.A. based on a 37hr week.
